溫文凡教授自1993年起任香港大學生物科學學院全職副教授，現為香港食品科技協會名譽秘書長。 萬博士領導了使用桑黃進行癌症和肝纖維化細胞凋亡的研究。

Jennifer wan 博士獲得了學士學位。 1983年獲英國倫敦大學博士學位，1987年獲博士學位。 畢業於英國南安普敦大學。 之後，萬博士在美國馬薩諸塞州波士頓哈佛醫學院醫學系進行了 7 年的研究。 她的研究重點是膳食脂質與癌症、感染、免疫功能和臨床營養的關係。

2002 年，萬博士在中國北京的北京中醫藥大學獲得中醫學士學位。 萬博士在蛋白質組學、癌症生物學、中醫、營養和免疫學、omega-3 脂肪酸和癌症、腎衰竭疾病和壞死性腸炎的生物標誌物鑑定等領域發表了 70 多篇同行評審文章。 此外，她還在香港大學擔任全職講師。

10多年來，萬博士致力於通過研究和教學，弘揚中醫藥和中醫藥飲食的文化、知識和科學。 她發現了一種中藥蘑菇雲芝（Coriolus Versicolor）的抗癌機制。 她的目標是促進東西方傳統之間對食物、醫學和健康哲學的理解。
